I offer weekly live-streamed yoga classes on Zoom, making it easy and accessible to you wherever you are in the world. Teaching fully from the heart truly allows for the illusion of separateness to dissolve, giving you the chance to nourish embodiment, presence and mindful movement from the comfort of your own home.
Online Yoga classes include Yang Yoga and Yin Yoga, both in the evenings (European Time) and each once a week. Each class has a main theme and intention, as well as specific, carefully curated music playlists that allow for a deeper dive in the practice.
This is a wonderful opportunity to empower you to trust into the innate wisdom of your body - no teacher is higher than yourself, your insights and your own self-knowledge. And I am here to hold space for that.
